How far in advance should I book?

For your choice of dates and/or weekend sessions, plan to book at least 1-2 months in advance. However, last-minute appointments are sometimes available!

What should we wear to our session?

DON’T sweat it! Once your session is scheduled, Nealy will send you her what-to-wear guide that will help make the process easy.

How do we choose a location?

Nealy has numerous favorite spots around the Twin Cities! If you have a style preference, please let Nealy know the style of pictures you are wanting (whether urban, nature, rustic). Nealy will come up with the perfect spot with the best lighting and background for your portraits.

What is your payment process?

The session fee for your portrait session is due at booking, and then the remaining payment is due within one week of the session.

What equipment do you shoot with?

I love Canon’s 5d Mark iv and use a variety of lenses: Canon 85mm 1.2L, Sigma Art 50mm, and Canon 35mm 1.4L. I then cull with Photo Mechanic, color-correct in Lightoom, then retouch  in Photoshop@

Do you offer digital files?

Absolutely! All of Nealy’s collections include the digital files.

How long until we see the photos?

The digital files are guaranteed by two weeks from your session date, most often before!
