Happy belated Easter!
We had a wonderful time visiting my in-laws last weekend, and decided to attempt some family pictures while we were there. I went out a little early to scout out a perfect spot, and I think I found it! I just love the blossoming trees as a beautiful sign that Spring is here.
As of two weeks ago, I didn’t even own a tripod (gasp!), but I finally gave in and bought one. I’m glad I did! Along with Canon’s remote trigger, we got some great pictures! I thought I would share some favorites!

I think if I had my way, I could photograph babies and bellies all day long!
I’ve been so excited to take my beautiful sister Kiley’s maternity pictures since she told us she is expecting her second baby girl in May. She is just stunning and (almost) makes me want to be pregnant myself! I think one of my favorite things about being a photographer is being able to show women just how beautiful they are. And Kiley is absolutely glowing. 🙂
You guessed it, there will be newborn pictures of my little niece to come! I can hardly wait for her to be born. Love you Ki!

Happy first birthday to Hazel! Wow, it’s hard to believe I’ve been photographing this little sweet girl since she was only a few days old! It’s been SO much fun to watch her grow. Erin and Andy, you guys have been SO much fun to work with. You have a beautiful family. ♥
