Kali is an absolutely beautiful expecting mama, both inside and out. I have had the great privilege of getting to know her and her husband Nick in past year or two. She is due next week with their first son Isaiah, which means God is Salvation. Sadly, their son is not expected to live very long after he is born. I cannot imagine the great joy and sorrow they are feeling during this pregnancy. Kali and Nick, we are praying for you this week. We are thankful that God truly is Salvation. Thank you for giving me the wonderful opportunity to take the pictures. I love to be able to bless others with my photography; this is why I do what I do.

My amazing sister-in-law, Elyse, just tied the knot with an equally amazing guy, Tom. You may remember from their engagement pictures this summer. They are truly a match made in heaven…and maybe a little on earth too since my husband and I take full credit for setting them up on a blind date. 🙂 Either way, they had a beautiful wedding in November at the Trinity City Church in St. Paul and their reception was at the Minnesota History Center also in St. Paul. Since I was a bridesmaid, my husband a groomsman, and our daughter Callie was the cutest little flower girl, I didn’t get the chance to take too many pictures, but here are a few of my favorite “getting ready” shots.

It was so much fun to do Alissa and Joe’s engagement photos in downtown Minneapolis! They are such a great couple, can’t you just feel the love in these pictures? They were such naturals in front of the camera, it certainly made my job easy! 🙂 I can’t believer we got so much gorgeous fall color (and decent weather) in November. Needless to say, I’m so excited to see them again for their winter wedding in February. God bless you guys!
