I had the chance to be on the other end of the camera last weekend!  My associate photographer, Brianna, came to our home to do a lifestyle session with our family and new little guy, Carter.

They turned out awesome! I am so in love with these pictures…she truly captured our kids in the sweetness (and chaos!) that they currently are. Brianna has such a creative and artistic eye (as you can see from these pictures!). She is so great with kids too – in fact, my girls ran to give her a hug as soon as she came in the door. 🙂

Lifestyle photography is a natural, real-life session that tells a story about your family and usually takes place in your home.  It doesn’t have to be in the master bedroom (although I love master bedrooms for pictures), but the nursery, kitchen, kids’ room, our even your backyard! It’s actually great for kids because they really get to interact with their environment while being photographed – as opposed to being formally posed. 🙂
